One family. One kitchen. A little corner of Meadowbank.

Eight years ago we opened our doors with a simple hope: to share the food we grew up on, cooked the way our family always has. Gautam's began as a love letter to home and became Meadowbank's first real taste of Nepalese cooking, and the neighbourhood soon became part of us too.

What started as one family's restaurant has since become three, shared across Edinburgh yet still family-run, still rooted in the traditions we carried from Kathmandu. The same recipes, the same hands, the same welcome at the door.

Step inside and you'll feel it before the first dish arrives. Because here, you were never really a guest.

You're part of the family. You always were.
